Tinly offers both free and Premium subscription plans.

  • The Free Plan is completely free of charge, so this Refund Policy does not apply to Free Plan users.
  • The Premium Plan is a paid subscription that includes benefits such as unlimited hearts (lives), unlimited AI-generated custom courses, and an ad-free experience.

This Refund Policy only applies to payments made for the Premium Plan.

2. Subscription and Renewal

The Premium Plan is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, or yearly, as selected by you) and automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy Premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You experience a technical issue that significantly prevents access to Premium features (e.g., unlimited custom courses, ad-free experience), and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were mistakenly charged due to a billing error.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment, unless a longer period is required by local consumer protection laws.
